Ingredients
2TablespoonsCornstarch
3TablespoonsCocoa
1cupSugar
1/4teaspoonSalt
1cupcold Water
1/2teaspoonbutter
1teaspoonvanilla
Instructions
Combine the cornstarch, cocoa, sugar, and salt in a saucepan.
Add the water and butter and cook over low to medium heat, stirring constantly for about 3-4 minutes until thickened..
Remove from heat and stir in the butter and vanilla.
Serve hot or cold over an ice cream flavor of your choice or a delicious dessert such as Bavarian cream or eclairs.
