Ingredients
1/2cupgranulated sugar
1/3cuphot water
24fresh marshmallowsfinely cut up
1large egg whiteunbeaten
Instructions
In a medium saucepan, cook the sugar and water together just until the sugar dissolves.
Remove from heat and stir in the finely cut marshmallows until melted.
Place the unbeaten egg white into an mixing bowl.
Slowly pour the marshmallow mixture into the egg white, beating with an electric mixer or rotary beater until the mixture thickens.
