Ingredients
2poundslean ground beef80/20 mix
1cupfinely chopped onion
1cupplain bread crumbs
1teaspoonsalt
1/2teaspoonpaprika
1/2teaspooncelery salt
1/4teaspoonblack pepper
2eggsslightly beaten
1cupmilk
1/2lb.medium or sharp cheddar cheesecut into 1/2" cubes
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
In a large mixing bowl combine the beef, onion, bread crumbs, salt, paprika, celery salt, black pepper, eggs, and milk. Mix until combined well.
Cut cheese into 1/2" cubes and fold in to the meat mixture.
Grease a 9" x 5" x 3" loaf pan with vegetable cooking spray.
Place meat mixture into pan and spread until even. Take a fork and poke it a few times to make sure there are no air holes.
Bake at 350 degrees F for 60 minutes.
Let stand for 10 minutes once removed from the oven.
