Ingredients
6large strawberries
1large banana
6 to 8ounceslow fat vanilla yogurt
1cupmilk
4ouncesice cubes
Instructions
Slice strawberries and banana in half and place in an electric kitchen blender.
Add vanilla yogurt and milk.
Add ice cubes.
Process in blender until smooth.
Garnish with a strawberry and sprig of mint leaf if desired.
Notes
Makes (4) 6 ounce servings. Also try substituting French vanilla yogurt for the standard vanilla yogurt.
