1cupdairy buttersoftened
1/2cupstrawberry preserves
Instructions
Soften butter to room temperature by leaving the butter covered on a plate on the counter.
Place the softened butter in a medium sized mixing bowl and beat with an hand held electric mixer until whipped and creamy. You can also use a wooden spoon and beat vigorously until fluffy.
Stir in the strawberry preserves and beat until blended.
Transfer to a pretty bowl or ramekin. If the mixture is too soft, chill for 10-15 minutes so that it is firm, but still spreadable.
