  • 6 large strawberries
  • 1 large banana
  • 6 to 8 ounces low fat vanilla yogurt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 4 ounces ice cubes
  1. Slice strawberries and banana in half and place in an electric kitchen blender.
  2. Add vanilla yogurt and milk.
  3. Add ice cubes.
  4. Process in blender until smooth.
  5. Garnish with a strawberry and sprig of mint leaf if desired.
Makes (4) 6 ounce servings. Also try substituting French vanilla yogurt for the standard vanilla yogurt.
